These retainer options offer us both stability, as you’ll be guaranteed that time will be reserved exclusively for your business, and you get a discount off of my regular hourly fee.
Starter Package
Perfect for when you don't have quite enough time to do everything but don't need extensive help.Up to 5 hours per week will be reserved for you. We’ll discuss what you need and customize the tasks for your needs.
Here are few ideas of things to choose from that I can do that will free you to concentrate on growing your business instead of getting bogged down in busy work:
Upload your content to your website and post links for it on your social media.
Make sure your website plugins are up-to-date and your website is backed up.
Sort your daily e-mail into folders once a day so you see right away which ones need an urgent or detailed response.
Edit and proofread blog posts.
Set up a spreadsheet for you, including custom formulas and formatting.

Growing Business
When your business is growing and you need a little more help than before.Up to 10 hours per week will be reserved exclusively for helping your business. Possibilities for customizing your tasks include choices like:
Uploading content to your website.
Social media posts.
Light research of topics for your blog.
Editing, some writing.
Scheduling e-mails or e-mail sequences for your mailing list.
Spreadsheets, including any graphs and custom formulas you may need. (Note: Spreadsheets requiring extensive clean up of large quantities of data may require discussion and a quote.)
Advanced Package
Consider this if your business is taking off and you need help with a wider variety or more time-intensive tasks.Up to 20 hours per week will be exclusively reserved for you. Some ideas we can discuss that you might want to select from for this package include:
More in-depth research (and writing) for your blog posts.
Uploading and scheduling your posts for your blog and your social media sites.
Proofreading, editing, formatting of manuscripts to publisher specifications.
Scheduling your e-mail campaigns and maintaining your e-mail list in your management system (for example, in ConvertKit, Mailchimp, etc.).
Clean up data for importing into a spreadsheet or database.
Create a spreadsheet with custom formulas, conditional formatting, charts and/or graphs.
Upload your videos to YouTube, embed them in your website.
More extensive website maintenance, keeping things up-to-date and backed up, adding pages as needed.
(Note: Because I keep those hours open for you and therefore can’t use them for someone else, unused time will not roll over on weekly or monthly plans.)
